Q) How long will it take to make my jewellery?

A) It will take around 10 days delivered, this time scale is from when I receive your fingerprints, hand & footprints or drawings & scribbles back.

All charms are chunky and 2mm thick and come compleate with a nice heavy jump ring.

Q) How do I tell you what shape and name I would like?

A) If you place your order, I will send you an invoice with your kit there is a space to tell me what shape you would like and if you would like a name added to your charm/cufflinks,

Q) Are you a franchise?

A) No we are not we are an independently owned business, I make all the jewellery myself and deal with all my customers personally,

 Q) How do I take my fingerprints or hand & footprints?

A) Once you have placed your order you will be sent out a kit relevant to your required jewellery, all kits come with all you need and easy to follow instructions, for the fingerprint kit you receive moulding putty to capture your little ones fingerprint, and for the hand & footprint jewellery you receive an inkless wipe and some special paper to take your print. It really is as easy as it sounds.

 Q) I'm in a real hurry can you make it any quicker?

A)Yes on occasions we can accommodate and fast track a customer who has left it too late to order, although we do our best it is important to us to give all our customers 100% customer service and we still need a certain amount of time to create our top quality jewellery,

 Q) Do you sell gift vouchers?

A) Yes we do in any amount starting from £10.

Q) Can you post my jewellery to someone else?

A) Yes we can all jewellery comes beautifully gift wrapped and we can include a small message card too, all jewellery is posted via special delivery and will need to be signed for.

 Q) Is it a different price if I want to have a name as well as a fingerprint added to my charm?

A) No it is still the same price.

 Q) I have seen the smaller charms at a slightly cheaper price why?

A) Yes the charms you have seen at a slightly cheaper price are only half the thickness of ours and the workmanship is not as high, we will not jeopardise the quality of our jewellery, ours is made to last and could even be a family airloom one day, unlike cheaper thinner versions ours will not bend or become misshaped.
