The process usually takes around 2 weeks (longer at busier times, mothers/father’s day, Christmas, valentine’s e.t.c) or if hallmarking is required,Please let me know if you require anything fast and we will do our best for you.
We also offer an express service which will guarantee your charm made in 2 days from when we recieve your prints the cost for this is £24.99
The item would be posted on the second day (next day special delivery by 1p.m) this service may be limited at very busy times like christmas etc.
All items of jewellery will be beautifully packaged and posted to you by special delivery royal mail.
Prefered payment via cheque/postal orders,,(made payable to precious fingerprint jewellery)
Payment to be made by cheque/postal orders or (PayPal 5% surcharge)

Please note any returned cheques from the bank(bounced)will incure an £8 admin fee.
Once you have ordered you will be sent an invoice you must clearly state on this the name required on your charm and what shape you require, if you do not specified as standard the shape will be heart shape and any writing stamped.
Fingerprint jewellery
Upon receipt of your order and full payment of jewellery and p&p( to include p&p of £7.50 this is to include all p&p and special delivery of your finished item) I will post to you a print making kit, you will receive full instructions and enough moulding compound to take 2 fingerprint's, the process is very easy and only takes a few minutes, then just post them back to me in the pre paid envelope supplied.
Your unique piece of jewellery will then be made to the highest standard and become 99.9% pure silver, it will then be posted back to you via special delivery that will need a signature upon arrival.
Hand and foot print's and pet paws
Upon receipt of your order and full payment of jewellery and p&p (to include£7.50 this is to cover p&p and special delivery of your finished item)you will receive the print taking kit containing full instructions and non-toxic harmless inkless wipes(these are used widely in America in maternity hospitals) you then simply clean your childs hand or foot with soapy water making sure it’s perfectly dry then wipe the clean hand or foot with the inkless wipe and print it onto the special paper, then return it to me in your pre-paid envelope with your invoice , you can also scan and email me your print (j-peg)if you already have a print from paint etc,
Once I have received your print I can start to create you precious item, I will then send your precious jewellery back to you via royal mail special delivery, this will need a signature upon delivery.
Mini Monet picture's and little doodle's.
Upon receipt of your order and full payment of jewellery and p&p (to include £6.00 this is to cover p&p and special delivery of your finished item) I will post to you a A4 size envelope pre-paid to return your photocopied drawings unfolded, black and white drawings are best as the detail will be stronger, then simply post back to me in your pre-paid envelope with invoice , you can also email me the picture (j-peg)
Once I have received your print I can start to create your very own masterpiece.I will then post to you your finished item beautifuly giftwraped, by royal mail special delivery. please note this will need a signature.
Silvered leaf or send a silver kiss
Upon receipt of your order and full payment of jewellery and p&p (to include £6.00 is to cover p&p and special delivery of your finished item) I will post to you a A5 size envelope with full instructions on how to send back you leaf to be silvered , then simply post back using your pre-paid envelope with invoice .
Once I have received your item I can start to create your very own special memory. when complete I will then post it to you via royal mail special delivery that will need a signature upon delivery.
