Ordering  can be done via phone or email and paid for using cheque, cash, postal orders, credit/debit card or (PayPal 5% surcharge applies).

£8.50 is to cover 1 of whatever kit you require, you will receive it within 3 days & up to 10 days international buyers (you must contact us after 3 days,international 10 days) if you have not received your kit in case it has been lost or damaged in the post) a pre paid envelope for the return (except international orders) of your kit and postage of you jewellery via 1st class special delivery. After your kits have been received back to us your jewellery will arrive within 14 - 21 days unless both parties have agreed a different time scale.(or at very busy times of year may exceed this (up to 6 weeks)

It is your responsibility to make sure your prints have arrived back, WE RECOMMEND registered mail so that you can track and tracke them .

If you do not register your prints and use the 1st class post supplied the easiest and quickest way to see if they have arrived is to text the name the order is in and your invoice number to 07525538016.

If you do not return your prints within 3 months of your order you will have to pay a £20 fee to cover increased cost of metals.

 Returns: Personalised items cannot be returned once made and delivered, All goods are handmade personally by myself to the highest standard and inspected and packaged by myself before posting. Please not all items are unique and no two will be identical,

Right to cancel A contract between us will start when you receive your invoice with your kit, you can cancel up to 2 days after your mould's or prints have been received back and no jewellery has been personalised. This will incure a £10 admin fee.

Data protection No information is passed to a third party, fingerprint mould's will be kept for 12 months after your jewellery has been made, or returned to you if you require as they can be used for future jewellery, you must make clear when you send back your fingerprint mould's that you would like them returned .

 Jewellery I reserve the right to photograph items made and if I wish to do so display them on my web site.
